Client Meal Report & Tracker

This page serves as a comprehensive portal for practitioners to monitor, assess, and manage their clients' nutritional intake, logged symptoms, and dietary habits. By combining structured visual data with advanced automated insights, this interface enables efficient clinical oversight and data-driven dietary adjustments.

This section allows you to narrow down the client's dietary timeline and choose your preferred format for data visualisation.

2
Toggle Between Table and Chart Views:
Use the interactive switch next to the date picker to transition seamlessly between a structured data spreadsheet and visual graphical charts by clicking View Table or View Chart.
2. Calories, Nutrients, & Symptoms Tracking

This helps you easily monitor your client's daily intake of calories, specific nutrients, and any physical symptoms they experience during the selected week.

1
Check Daily Calories and Macronutrients:
Look at the main table or the stacked bar chart to see the daily breakdown of Calories, Carbs, Proteins, and Fats for each day of the selected week.
2
Filter Specific Micronutrients:
Scroll to the Nutrients chart and use the Filter by dropdown menu (e.g., Filter by Calcium) to select and view tracking for individual items like Calcium, Cholesterol, Fibre, Folate, Iron, etc.
3
Track Reported Symptoms:

Review the Symptoms line graph to check for logged physical reactions, such as Abdominal pain, to see exactly when & which symptoms peaked during the week.

Note: Comparing the symptom timeline directly against the nutrient spikes on the same date helps you quickly identify possible food sensitivities or triggers.
3. Meal Tracker & AI Diary Analysis

This features the automated intake engine. Any food diary photo or meal image a client uploads for their practitioner is automatically processed using AI and displayed instantly with full details.

1
Go to the Meal Details Page:
Click the View Meal Details button to open the daily breakdown page.
2
Check the AI Breakdown:
Look at the uploaded photo and the text next to it. The AI automatically lists the ingredients, serving sizes, and full nutrient facts from the client's photo.
3
Switch Between Different Days:
You can use the Previous Day and Next Day arrows at the top of the page to move back and forth, or click directly on the date picker button (the middle button showing the date) to select and jump to any day you want.
Tip: The analysis is done by AI, so it is always a good idea to double-check the results to make sure everything is completely accurate.
4. Edit Meal Records

Modify, update, and annotate existing meal entries to maintain an impeccable and accurate clinical record.

1
Add Your Own Comments or Feedback:

If you want to add your own notes, clinical observations, or feedback about the meal or a symptom, click the Add Comment button.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I edit the comments left by the client?
No, the Client's Comment box is strictly read-only for practitioners to protect the client's original experience. If you want to add your own clinical notes or observations, use the Add Comment button instead.
Why is a certain day on the weekly chart showing zero values?
The chart displays data based on what the client logs. If a day shows zero values, it means the client did not upload any meals or log any food diary data for that specific date.
How often is the AI analysis updated?
The automated breakdown happens instantly. As soon as a client uploads a food diary photo, the AI processes the image and immediately displays the extracted ingredients and nutrient facts for you to review.
Can I change the micronutrient details if the AI misses something?
Yes. By clicking the Edit Values button, you can update any information in the pop-up form, including the dish description, ingredients, or primary numbers to ensure the breakdown is completely accurate.
