Managing Your Settings

Update your professional details and manage your platform settings. Your Settings is the central hub for customising your account. This section allows you to manage your professional preferences, calendar, profile settings, billings, addresses, and notification preferences to ensure the platform operates as a seamless extension of your practice. From here, you can also set up payment integrations, get your referral link, or securely log out.

1. General Settings

Configure your default platform preferences, your AI model, time zone, and your client interaction settings.

Click your profile image, then navigate to Settings → General Settings.

Control Client Access

Enable or disable Food Diary Results access for clients.

Note: Practitioners can also customize these access permissions for a specific individual at any time by navigating directly to that individual's client profile settings.

Choose Notes Model

Select your preferred clinical notes framework to be used by your AI Assistant for summarising appointment notes. To view these summaries, locate the client's account, navigate to the Appointments tab, and select AI Notes within the specific appointment.

Supported models include:

  • ABCDE+E, which stands for Anthropometry, Biochemistry, Clinical, Dietary, Environmental and Evaluation
  • ADIME, which stands for Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, Monitoring and Evaluation
  • NCP, which stands for Nutrition Care Process
  • PIE, which stands for Problem, Intervention, Evaluation
  • SOAP, which stands for Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan

Note: You can view a live example of the summary format each model creates by clicking the information icon (ⓘ) next to the dropdown menu.

Time Zone Settings
Select your preferred time zone to ensure appointments and scheduling are displayed correctly.
Tip: Set your preferred Notes Model and Time Zone before creating appointments.
2. Profile Settings

Maintain your professional profile and public practitioner information.

Update Profile Photo
Upload or update your profile photo.

Change Full Name
Update your Full Name.

Complete Professional Bio
Complete your professional biography and speciality information.

Professional Associations

Add multiple professional memberships to your profile along with their corresponding registration details.

You can:

  • Enter Registration Numbers: input official credentials for each association.
  • Remove Associations: Easily delete a membership record from your profile at any time.

Social & Professional Links

Connect your external profiles to help clients find you across different digital channels.

Supported platforms include:

  • Social Media: Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Tumblr
  • Professional Networking: LinkedIn, Meetup
  • Your Websites: or any customised URL using the "Other" option
Tip: Your profile image will appear across: Client Portal, Meal Plans, Communications with your clients, Automated Emails, and your Public Practitioner Profile.
3. Calendar Settings

Connect and synchronise multiple external calendar accounts to view all your personal and professional commitments in one central location. You can link multiple accounts across different providers and select exactly which sub-calendars should be active to avoid booking conflicts.

Link Calendar Provider

Click either the Integrate with Google Calendar or Integrate with Outlook Calendar button. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in and authorise the connection. You can repeat this process to link multiple separate email accounts.

Manage Sub-Calendar Visibility
Once an account is connected, it will appear as a dedicated card showing all associated sub-calendars. Tick the checkbox next to each individual calendar name to display its events on your dashboard. Untick the checkbox to hide them.

Disconnect a Calendar Account
To completely remove a linked email account, click the trash icon located at the top right corner of the specific account's card.
4. Addresses

Maintain a comprehensive list of your work locations for easy selection when scheduling appointments.

Create a Clinic Location
Click Add New Address.

Add: Address Name, Full Address, and Maps URL. Only you can see the address title.

Note: Selecting an In-Person location type will automatically display a dropdown menu populated with your saved Addresses. You can utilise your addresses of the in-person locations when:
  • Creating a new Program (such as services or group classes).
  • Scheduling a new appointment directly from the Calendar.

You can also add a new address on the fly by selecting the "+ Add New Address" option directly from the dropdown menu while creating a service, or a group class.

5. Notification Settings

Manage how and when you receive platform notifications.

Click your profile image, then navigate to Settings → Notification Settings.

Configure Notification Channels

Each notification can be configured for: Email Notifications and Push Notifications.

Supported notification types include: Appointment Cancelled / Appointment Rescheduled / Appointment Reschedule Request Sent / Client Form Answer Submitted / New Appointment Scheduled / New Message Received / New Programme Enrolment

Note: Message push notifications are permanently enabled to ensure you never miss client chat updates.
6. Client Email Preferences

Customise your outgoing client communications and automated email templates.

Click your profile image, then navigate to Settings → Client Email Preferences.

Configure the Reply-To Address
Configure the email address that will be used if clients reply to automated email notifications from [email protected]

Define Sender Name
Enter your preferred Sender Name. This controls the display name your clients see in their email inbox.

Toggle Header Branding
Check or uncheck the "Include my logo in email header" box to instantly manage your profile image visibility across your outgoing automated emails.

View Templates

Scroll down to the Email Templates to view your system-generated templates, such as: 

  • Send a document to a client
  • Send a form to a client
  • Send a plan to a client
  • Invite a new client
  • Send a reminder to my client about our appointment
  • Appointment scheduling confirmation
  • Reject the appointment booked by a client
  • Request to reschedule an appointment created by a client
  • Programme Payment Instruction

Edit template

Press any template to Preview, and modify the template's subject and content.

Note: The layout includes a permanent system footer showing it was sent via Nurish Pro on your behalf, along with standard support links, confidentiality notices, and mobile app download badges.

Use the Template Editor
Modify your email body using the integrated Rich Text Formatting toolbar. You can adjust text styles, format headings, add custom links, copy& past placeholder Buttons that will contain links, or directly inject your pre-saved Clipboards text blocks into the message layout.

Personalise communications

Configure where your placeholders Personalisation will be put. Click the Personalisation dropdown to insert dynamic placeholders that automatically populate unique user data when an email is delivered.

Supported variables include: ClientName / PractitionerName / DocumentTitle / Message

Try It Out
Modify this template “Send a document to a client”, then go to Resources → Documents → click the three dots option menu → click Send to Client, Your client will receive a customised email.
Tip: Take advantage of the Clipboards dropdown option to quickly drop reusable blocks of text into your custom templates. To manage or add new clipboard items to this list, navigate away from settings and go to Resources → Clipboards.
8. Payment Integration

Connect your Stripe account to receive online payments.

Click your profile image, then navigate to Settings → Payment Integration.

Integrate Stripe payment
If you already have an active profile, simply enter your registered Stripe email address into the provided input field and click Connect your Stripe. Alternatively, if you do not have an account yet, you can click the Create an Account button to quickly set up a new account in just a couple of minutes.

View Your Stripe ID
Once connected, you can verify your linked account by viewing your unique Stripe ID string.

View Stripe Dashboard
Click the View Stripe Dashboard button to open your external merchant portal, where you can monitor payouts, tracking history, and online transactions.

Manage Programme Payments
If you have an active, connected Stripe account, you can choose between automated online processing via Stripe or custom offline collection with dedicated payment instructions for any service or group class.

Disconnect Stripe Account
Click the Disconnect Stripe Account button to instantly unlink your Stripe account from the platform.
Tip: Ensure your Stripe account remains active to continue seamlessly accepting online payments. If you do not have a Stripe account or your Stripe connection is not finalised, online transactions cannot be processed. However, you can still collect payments through the offline payment methods you configured in each programme (service or group class).
9. Billing & Nurish Pro Subscription

Your billing details reflect the payments made for your monthly or yearly Nurish Pro subscription. From this section, you can easily manage your subscription plan, view or download invoices and receipts, and track your complete billing history in one place.

Review Your Subscription Plan
View your Monthly/Yearly Subscription Plan, and monitor upcoming renewal dates.

Track your past transactions, including the Bill Date, total Amount, payment Status, and View Details.

Note: In a specific bill, you can:

  • Press the document icon to Download receipt
  • Press the eye icon to navigate you to the stripe receipt, where you can download the receipt or the invoice, view the invoice and payment details

Cancel or Resume Your Subscription

You can cancel your active subscription at any time before your next renewal date. After confirming your cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all platform features until the end of your current billing cycle. Your data will be safely saved if you choose to return. When cancelling, please help us improve the experience and provide a feedback reason for leaving. 

If you change your mind, you can seamlessly reactivate your plan at any point during your active grace period by clicking the Resume Subscription button.

Tip: If you are a team member, billing features and history are restricted and will only be visible to your team leader.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Can I change my Notes Model at any time?
Yes. You can update your preferred Notes Model whenever required. Existing notes will remain unchanged.
Q: Can I add multiple professional associations?
Yes. You may add multiple associations and registration numbers to your practitioner profile.
Q: Can clients reply directly to automated emails?
Yes. Client replies will be sent to the Reply-To Email Address configured in Client Email Preferences.
Q: Can I manage multiple clinic locations?
Yes. Multiple clinic addresses can be created, edited, and assigned throughout the platform.
Q: Can I customise automated email templates?
Yes. Email subjects, content, formatting, branding, and placeholders can all be customised.
Q: Does Nurish Pro store my payment card information?
No. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
Q: Can I disconnect my Stripe account?
Yes. You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time. Online payments will remain unavailable until a payment provider is reconnected.
Troubleshooting & Common Issues
Issue: Cannot find a subscription invoice
Potential Solution: Check your Billing settings and review billing history.
Issue: Calendar synchronisation stopped
Potential Solution: Disconnect and reconnect the calendar integration to refresh authorisation.
Issue: Clients are receiving too many emails
Potential Solution: Review your Client Email Preferences.
Issue: Unable to receive online payments
Potential Solution: Verify that your Stripe account remains connected and authorised.
